oNE PERCENT for the planet

One Percent for the Planet is an international organization whose members contribute at least one percent of their annual revenue to environmental causes to protect the environment. The aim is to offer accountability, prevent greenwashing and certify reputable giving.

Workplace giving

Workplace giving is a simple and effective way to donate to Saving the Blue. Many workplaces offer employees the opportunity to make donations to charitable causes through their payroll system. Some companies will match these donations, doubling your impact. Speak to your human resources department to find out details about your company’s workplace giving program. Saving the Blue is registered on multiple platforms that support workplace and matched giving, including Benevity, YourCause and Network for Good.

Social Media

Both Facebook and Instagram have created easy to use donation buttons allowing you to donate via their platforms. Donate on Facebook HERE, or Instagram HERE. In addition, Facebook offers users the opportunity to create fundraising events such as Birthday celebrations, with donations gifted to your chosen nonprofit.
